The weather was a little chilly, so I ordered a soup dish, and the soup was just the right amount. The meat, bean sprouts, and noodles were plentiful. I also ordered Rose Jjimdak. A bowl of rice is provided as a basic. There were noodles inside, so the amount was not insufficient. It seemed like they used very tender parts of the chicken. The sauce wasn't spicy either and it tasted exactly like the rose sauce that I usually know. I think meat noodles are the best when you wrap the meat, noodles, and bean sprouts together and eat them. The meat wasn't too thin either, so it was delicious. This was my own review of 'Modern Korean Restaurant' with my own money. It didn't have a special taste or atmosphere, but it was a delicious meal that you can enjoy in a quiet neighborhood. #Restaurant
