#FuriTabi This restaurant, which just opened in May this year in a section of a building that houses many restaurants, is Ginza Wagyu Teppanyaki USHIGAMI 🥩 It has a live counter where you can enjoy teppanyaki right in front of you, and several private rooms that can be switched depending on the number of people, and it's very stylish! First, we toast with draft beer 🍻 The course meal starts with truffle tofu topped with crab and caviar sushi! It's luxurious from the start with a parade of high-quality ingredients 🤩 When the ingredients for today's course were placed in front of me, the abalone was so fresh that it kept moving and jumped out (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) It was so lively that I felt sorry to eat it. . . 🥹 The staff told me that you can tell if an abalone is male or female by whether its liver is white or black😊 That kind of knowledge is great and fun to listen to♫ The fire when the meat was flambéed was so impressive that it was a nice performance🔥 For the final meal, I had garlic rice, which came with pickled ginger on top, which I thought was a joke?! But it was a perfect match!!!! Apparently, pickled ginger becomes sweeter when heated.
