You have to pay to ride the go carts, boats, and bicycles on the rails, but there are plenty of free things to do like super long slides, grass slides, various monkey bars, trampolines, and carp feeding (¥100 for food). Keep your eyes open for praying mantis, grasshoppers, and butterflies. Bring a picnic sheet and rent and set up home base to rest between your activities. Plenty of public bathrooms.
