Sky dining experience at the highest rooftop

#wheretogo former coco cabana bar & bistro Penang has change it’s named to Top View Restaurant Penang. The dining experience was so so only, the main reason to come here is for the view . the restaurant abit noisy because many ppl pass through the restaurant to the rainbow skywalk. if you come here for a drink and view it would be perfect but not for dining. Enjoying a drink while looking at the view in this restaurant was a good idea . the food was so so only, waiter abit slow in serving. recommended here for a drink. there is a minimum charge for you to spend in the restaurant before entering . think wisely if you wanted to come up with the minimum charge apply. #skydining #penang #malaysia #restaurant
