So delicious that I came to this Polish restaurant 3 times in 24 hours

#2024mapped One of the signature Polish delicacies is stuffed potato dumpling: Piecuchy (oven baked) and Lepiochy (boiled). I personally found boiled texture slightly better than oven-baked because it’s less dry and having lesser raw dough in the middle. But there’s a trick here: ask for “fried after boiled” for Lepiochy, which is an available hidden option here, which has the best combination with a nice texture on the inside and crispness on the outside. There are tonnes of flavors here, from different meats to different veges—the best part yet is we are allowed to mix flavors, which is not a common feat in the local restaurants. When I was there, the seasonal menu during the late autumn incorporated a foie gras appetizer, which was HEAVENLY. The beetroot slices on top provided a crunchy texture and earthy flavor, while the oil bed gives some subtle refreshing herbal scent to complement the foie gras flavor. This dish made me come thrice in 24hours. The ambience/vibe was on point too.
