Unlike using pre-made products, they make their pasta with fresh noodles, resulting in a wonderfully chewy texture and excellent mouthfeel. In addition to pasta, they also offer sausages and various meat dishes, which pair perfectly with the pasta. I tried the Blue Magic Pasta and Carbonara, and the creaminess of the Carbonara combined with the cheese was absolutely delightful.
