Fukuoka's Best Yakitori Restaurant

A renowned yakitori restaurant with a Tabelog rating of 4.11, reservations must be made in advance on their website, and a credit card deposit is required. The restaurant has only about 10 seats, and most of the patrons are locals. The various chicken skewers and side dishes are incredibly delicious. The restaurant provides translations to introduce each dish. My personal favorite is the minced chicken skewer. While most restaurants serve it with egg yolk for dipping, this place does not, yet it tastes even better.
