Hidden Gem at Chuo, Fukuoka

When you walk along Nakagawa, other than the food stalls, there is a street full of mid to high end cuisines with reasonable prices - Nishinakasu. We randomly walked by and found Mercury River Grill and decided to dine over there. Table booked via their website directly. Owner Tairo-san was trained in New York, and opened his own shop here. Their courses ranged from 9,900 to 15,400yen. The sirloin and wagyu are no-nonsense! Super juicy and tender. #fukuoka Restaurant is located by the Nakagawa riverside with spectacular view.
