suprisingly excellent coffee

One of my favourites in Fujinomiya. High craft roasting on site, passionate owner, wonderful user experience and attention to craft. Really lovely thank you for your passion for coffee. They take 8-12 minutes to take each order so a medium sized line can take hours. Friendly staff walked us through all of the roasts and explained the tasting notes before we ordered. Ended up getting a pour over tasting flight and a cortado. Definitely the most interesting flavor profiles of any coffee I've had. You should 100% go once or maybe show up before they open because the coffee is damn good but wow the wait is bad. #japantrip#thingstodo #coffeelovers
