[Kofu] Chilled hoto

#0yentravel2025January A restaurant where you can eat chilled houtou: ozara "Kosaku" Isawa Ekimae Branch It was apparently eaten in the hot summer, and while houtou is boiled in a pot, ozara is made smooth and easy to swallow!! It's a warm soy sauce-based dipping sauce, so it didn't freeze even in winter! 🤣 lol At Kosaku, it comes with tempura for an incredible ¥1500!
