Tai Mu Mountain On the afternoon of the 20th, we arrived at the Junlin Yuhu Hotel in the Tai Mu Mountain Scenic Area. Tai Mu Mountain is located in the southern part of Fuding City, Tai Mu Mountain Town, surrounded by the sea on three sides and backed by mountains on one side. The main peak has an altitude of 917.3 meters. There are 2.5-hour, 5-hour, and 6-7-hour routes for touring Tai Mu Mountain. The choice of route depends on the weather and your physical condition. Main attractions and routes: Couples Square → Guoxing Temple → Longtan Lake → Yinxian Plank Road → Yinxian Terrace → Gourd Cave (not recommended for the elderly) → Guoran Famous Mountain → Yixiantian → Yipianwa (Suspended Copper Temple) → Tongtian Cave → Xianqiao Plank Road → Jiuli Lake → Return via Xianqiao Plank Road → Yipianwa → Baima Cave → Sea View Plank Road → Return to Couples Square. Tai Mu Mountain is a 5A scenic spot and one of China's top ten mountains, famous for its strange peaks and rocks, sea of clouds and sunrises, streams and waterfalls, and ancient temples. Its most notable feature is being surrounded by the sea on three sides, earning it the nickname 'Fairyland on the Sea.' Unfortunately, the weather was not favorable this time, with strong winds and heavy rain, so we couldn't fully enjoy it. Tai Mu Mountain is the origin of Fuding tea tree varieties, with Fuding Dabai Tea and Fuding Damao Tea being nationally recognized excellent tea tree species. The main varieties of Fuding White Tea from Tai Mu Mountain include Baihao Yinzhen, Bai Mudan, Gongmei, and Shoumei. White tea has medicinal effects such as clearing heat and detoxifying, and relieving summer heat.
