When planning a trip

When planning a trip to Europe, I thought about the architectural style! I was very curious about the cathedrals because they have a completely different architectural style from our country. ㅠ Among them, I was most excited about the world-famous Florence Duomo! The Duomo is a representative symbol of Florence, where the entire city is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site! It was built over a period of about 140 years starting in 1296. Duomo means the same thing as dome in English, but in Italian it means ‘cathedral’!! The most famous Duomos are in Florence and Milan :) These representative tourist destinations are so crowded during the peak season that these days you can buy a Duomo combination ticket in advance and visit 6 places!! Among them, the ‘Cupola’ can be used on a set date and time!! The Cupola is the top of the Duomo and you can see the entire Florence area at a glance!! I also made a reservation in advance before I went on my trip. ㅋㅋㅋ It’s very difficult to climb the 463 steps, but the view of the city from the top is unforgettable!
