When planning a trip to Europe, I thought about the architectural style! I was very curious about the cathedrals because they have a completely different architectural style from our country. ใ…  Among them, I was most excited about the world-famous Florence Duomo! The Duomo is a representative symbol of Florence, where the entire city is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site! It was built over a period of about 140 years starting in 1296. Duomo means the same thing as dome in English, but in Italian it means โ€˜cathedralโ€™!! The most famous Duomos are in Florence and Milan :) These representative tourist destinations are so crowded during the peak season that these days you can buy a Duomo combination ticket in advance and visit 6 places!! Among them, the โ€˜Cupolaโ€™ can be used on a set date and time!! The Cupola is the top of the Duomo and you can see the entire Florence area at a glance!! I also made a reservation in advance before I went on my trip. ใ…‹ใ…‹ใ…‹ Itโ€™s very difficult to climb the 463 steps, but the view of the city from the top is unforgettable!
