Beautiful sunset at Ikutahara Shrine in Engaru Town

Ikutahara in Engaru Town is a town where the remains of a coal mine have been certified as a Japanese Geopark. This small shrine is located just before the mine. At first glance, the shrine doesn't look particularly special, but the straight approach to the shrine is quite nice. If you come at the right time of year, it's a photogenic spot with the sun setting directly in front of you. However, when I went, the weather was bad, so it was a shame. #Shrine #Historic site #Guide to taking photos at tourist spots
