The Dongfeng Poplar Forest, located just one kilometer outside the Dongfeng Space City, is one such gem. Here, poplars thrive, and the renowned Ruo Shui River flows quietly alongside the forest, creating a pristine natural landscape. In October of this year, I embarked on a romantic autumn journey to this enchanting place. Upon entering the forest, I strolled along the wooden boardwalk, captivated by the magnificent and breathtaking view of the poplar forest. Up close, the golden hues of the poplars resembled a splash-ink painting, slowly unfolding before my eyes, radiant and stunning. From afar, rows and clusters of poplars shimmered with golden light, adorned in their most vibrant autumn attire, their reflections dancing on the surface of the Ruo Shui River, creating a scene of unparalleled beauty. Leaving the boardwalk, I ventured into the heart of the forest, where the poplars displayed a kaleidoscope of brilliant autumn colors, swaying gracefully in the sunlight.
