I spent hours watching jugglers and musicians, swept up in the energy, but what I loved most was how Edinburgh still offered quiet escapes. Climbing up Arthur’s Seat and sitting above the city was a moment of calm I’ll never forget, while Calton Hill at sunset felt like everything slowed down — golden light spilling over a city alive with celebration. Edinburgh has this rare mix of grandeur, coziness, and vibrancy, pulling you in until you feel like you’re part of its story.
