Before coming to Dunhuang Cultural Expo Park, I thought it was just a museum. Our team members said many celebrities, including Ni Ni and Chen Kun, have shot major scenes here. Millennium Dunhuang, eternal Populus euphratica. This Populus euphratica forest on the sand dunes is truly stunning. With tangled roots and diverse shapes, it’s full of exotic desert artistic vibes. No matter what equipment you use, you can easily capture amazing shots. We even found the exact Populus euphratica tree where Ni Ni posed for a magazine shoot. There’s also a pavilion nearby for resting and sun protection. The unfinished buildings also create a post-apocalyptic sand dune atmosphere. This place is also very close to Dongyi Dunhuang Hotel, just a 10-minute drive away. Make sure to protect yourself from the sun (very important) and check the weather in advance!
