Visit Dresden in 1 day

The city of Dresden is not far from Berlin. It takes about 2 hours by train. Once you get off the station, you can walk around because the old city has all the landmarks close together. Start at Zwinger Palace, a very beautiful palace. It feels like you have stepped into an old movie set. Then go to Frauenkirche, a church that was renovated after the World War. It feels peaceful when you enter. Then stop by Fürstenzug, a very long and detailed porcelain painting of German kings. In the afternoon, cross the bridge to the other side of the Elbe River.
