Moganshan is known for its guesthouses!

I always thought that the mountains were most beautiful in fall, but after staying at Hechan Youqi at the end of the year, I realized that the mountains in winter have a unique charm. The guesthouse is hidden in the mountains. We drove through several quiet villages before turning onto a mountain road to find it. The white-walled, black-tiled house is nestled against the mountain. The surroundings are very quiet, and you can occasionally hear the wind and the rustling of dry leaves, giving you a sense of isolation from the world. The room is very warm, and when you open the window, you can see the mist in the mountains. The air is cold but very fresh. The food prepared by the local aunt is steaming hot and all made with local ingredients. Just one bite will warm you up. In the afternoon, I sat in the house, made a cup of hot tea, and gazed at the mountain scenery outside the window, feeling completely relaxed. There aren't many tourists in winter, so the nearby villages are even quieter, and it's very pleasant to walk along the mountain paths. If you want to find a quiet place at the end of the year, Hechan Youqi is a great choice. Just remember to wear more clothes, as it can get quite cold in the mountains in winter!
