​Zizhu Temple is located on the famous sacred mountain, Zizhu Mountain, in Dingqing County, Changdu City, eastern Tibet. At an altitude of about 4,800 meters, it is one of the highest temples in Tibet and one of the oldest and most important temples of the Yongzhong Bon religion, with a history of more than 3,000 years. Zizhu means six peaks. Here, the peaks are steep and rugged, with strange rocks and stacked Zen temples. The temple has become an important place for studying the ancient Tibetan Yongzhong Bon religion. Zizhu Temple is located on a steep mountain, far away from the secular society, which has always maintained a pure atmosphere of cultivation. Zizhu Temple promotes the unified Dharma of Xianzong, Mizong, and Dacheng, and has a complete and flawless Dacheng inheritance system. It advocates basic teachings such as evil elimination, good deeds, karma, reincarnation, pain, and nirvana, and advocates both extensive learning and practical practice, especially focusing on the practice of Dacheng's secret method.
