A cafe with specialty coffee and delicious food.

#CafeReview COFFEELAB Den Bosch - is a specialty coffee shop in the Netherlands with branches in Eindhoven and Den Bosch. Although they use the same coffee beans from the COFFEELAB roasting plant, they have adjusted their menus to suit the locality of each city. This time, we visited the branch in Den Bosch. This branch is located on the corner of the Dragon Fountain roundabout, near the train station. The front of the shop is decorated with beautiful shady vines. The shop is surrounded by glass windows that let in natural light. You can sit and relax while looking at the outside view. For this meal, we ordered both food and drinks as follows: ➡️ Housemade Seasonal Soup The one we went to was a clear soup with vegetables. The taste was very well-rounded. There was a little sour taste. I'm not sure if there were pickled vegetables or something, but it was delicious and unique. It went well with the bread served with it. ➡️ Salmon & Avocado Salad I like the creativity of using a salad with both fresh and pickled vegetables, smoked salmon, and guacamole on top. Topped with miso mayo salad dressing, so delicious. ➡️ Barista's Favourite This is a special seasonal coffee menu. For this season, it's autumn. It's a pumpkin and cinnamon latte. It's a little sweet. It sounds strange, but it's surprisingly well-balanced. I have to compliment the barista for balancing the flavors perfectly. Finish this meal with freshly squeezed orange juice, not pre-packaged. This is a shop that really focuses on the quality of both food and drinks. I really like it.
