Dendera Temple of Hathor

The Temple of Hathor dominates this temple complex. The complex has been in use since at least the year 360 BC however the existing temple structure dates from around 54 B.C. The temple is dedicated to the goddess of love Hathor. The temple complex is one of the best preserved in Egypt. It contained to a well preserved ceilings with original paint work and carving of an integrate zodiac. #getgoing2025 #egypt #ancient #temple
