The best feature of the fried noodles is that before eating, you must squeeze the orange next to the plate onto the fried noodles. Oranges are a variety unique to Southeast Asia, and some people translate them as four-season oranges or sour oranges. The combination of the refreshing orange juice and the sweet and spicy fried noodles is very appetizing.
