Tiny Island Accessible by Boat in Erhai Lake, Dali

#myhiddengems Xiao Putuo (Little Putuo) island is a tiny little island, located in the mega-sized Erhai Lake in Dali, Yunnan province. You can rent a small boat to visit the island if you wish. This is one of the stops we made while we take a private car ride around the Dali lake for various sight seeing spots. This tiny island is home to an ancient 15th century Guanyin temple. The island and its surroundings are very peaceful and serene.
