I went in and ordered menus 2 and 4, and ate them in a hurry as soon as they came out. Bibim rice noodles are not spicy like our bibim noodles, but you mix the noodles with a savory sauce unique to Vietnam. It seems really bland, but the savory flavor keeps coming back. The grilled pork on top is so delicious.. I couldn't stop eating. But the really delicious one was menu 4. It had round, flat rice noodles called Banh Hoi. I ate it here for the first time. I really recommend it..
