Hoi Xua Restaurant at Dalat

#earthdayjourney 😭 This lunch restaurant in Da Lat deserves 11/10 points!!! 🏆 Delicious in every way. Delicious from the fragrant, sticky rice bowl 🍚 to the firm, rich coconut-braised ribs, with umami oozing out of every bite 🐷. Delicious from the crab and jute soup that is seasoned to the exact right taste, with the "real" sweet and fatty crab soup 🦀 to the plate of fresh, green boiled vegetables dipped in sweet and sour garlic fish sauce or the top-notch braised ribs 🥬. 💵 The price is relatively high, from 55k for stir-fried or boiled vegetables, 80-120k for the main dish, but with this quality, I think it's completely worth it. 🏠 The space is extremely spacious with a "Old-fashioned" decoration style, just like the name of the restaurant. ⚖️ 9.5 points because taste will definitely vary from person to person. 😎 But add 1.5 because there is a special highlight here that I have never seen in any restaurant before! The owner guides and reminds the staff to wring towels and wipe the table clean.
