Springtime in Copenhagen: Fairytales and Royal Splendor

From there, I wandered through the historic streets towards Amalienborg Palace, the royal residence. Watching the changing of the guard in the palace square, surrounded by elegant rococo architecture, felt like stepping back in time. Just a short walk away, I discovered the Marble Church, with its stunning dome offering breathtaking views over the city. A highlight of my visit was Rosenborg Castle, set in the beautiful King’s Garden. Inside, I explored the royal chambers and admired the Danish Crown Jewels in the treasury—a true hidden gem. The mix of history and opulence was mesmerizing. Spring in Copenhagen brings the city to life, whether through its vibrant architecture, peaceful canals, or rich royal heritage.
