Afternoon tea with a view

There isn’t really many thing more quintessentially English than afternoon tea on a winter’s day with a view of the surrounding countryside. One of the best places we have found for this is in the small village of Chatburn just outside the Lancashire market town of Clitheroe. The cafe feels like you have walked into someone’s living room but the food and drink on offer is surprisingly modern with both fantastic service and welcoming hosts. A true gem #2024mapped
