My companion and I had the pheasant dumpling hotpot. It was light and delicious. It was my first time trying pheasant, and it was a bit chewy compared to chicken. There were a lot of tour groups, so everyone was drinking and talking loudly, making the restaurant incredibly noisy. I wanted to take my time, but my ears hurt so much that I had to hurry and leave.
