When we went there, the direction of the visit was reversed, and it was a bit troublesome to listen to the explanation on the phone, so we had to listen to it backwards. During the visit, I was amazed by the superb skills of ancient Chinese craftsmen, and I inexplicably thought of the various sculptures in Western churches. The sculptures in Western churches often reflect various stories of Christianity, and the Baoding Mountain Rock Carvings also reflect the stories of Buddhism. The difference is that there seem to be few ancient Chinese sculptors who left their names, while there were many famous sculptors during the Western Renaissance. Maybe it was because ancient Chinese sculptures were all group collaborations. The Baoding Mountain Rock Carvings originated in the Southern Song Dynasty, and the Great Buddha Bay is U-shaped, and the special rocks are easy to carve. The story of Liu Benzun's transformation, the story of the Amitayurdhyana Sutra... These stories teach people to be kind. The electric car is not far from the Baoding Mountain Rock Carvings, and we visited the Dazu Rock Carvings Museum on the way. The history of world grotto art is introduced here in the form of pictures and texts. The whole museum is quite modern. After the visit, the exit of the electric car is still some distance from the sightseeing car, and you have to pass through a very distinctive commercial street (although there are no shops here yet).
