This cafe is beautifully designed and located right by the Kok River and near the Koh Loy Public Park. The menu offers a wide variety of food and drinks, though the prices are on the higher side, reflecting the elegance of the place. I tried the spinach cheese pizza, which was quite flavorful, and the carbonara, which was rich and delicious. The desserts are equally delightful. They also have a unique pasta dish with Hang Lay curry, blending Western cuisine with Northern Thai flavors. The cafe features several photo-worthy spots and has a cool, relaxing atmosphere. It's definitely a recommended cafe in Chiang Rai city. ★★★★☆
