Chouxbury Review – Chiang Mai Eclair Cafe This is a shop with very delicious eclairs! The outside is crispy, the filling is soft and smooth, and the sweetness is just right, not too sweet at all. There are many flavors to choose from, such as vanilla, Thai tea, and Earl Grey. It goes great with hot tea. The atmosphere of the shop is also cute, with a vintage English style. Every corner is beautiful to take pictures in. This is another cafe that I have to stop by whenever I come here. My favorite flavors: • Madagascar Vanilla – fragrant and mellow, with a gentle sweetness • Earl Grey – with a distinct tea aroma, giving it an English aristocratic feel • Busaba Cha-Thai – with a strong Thai tea flavor and just the right amount of sweetness However!
