#ChiangmaiTravel This is a review of HIDELAND.cnx (Highland), a rooftop bar-izakaya in Chiang Mai. ⸻ 🌆 Location & General Atmosphere • Located on the 5th floor of a famous building on Chang Moi Road, it is like a “secret bar but not so secret” because you have to take the elevator to the top floor.   • There are indoor and outdoor areas, open space with a view of Chiang Mai city. In the evening, there will be natural fans to cool the breeze.  • The atmosphere is simple and chic. It is not an EDM line, but it plays chill music. Izakaya vibe is suitable for hanging out and talking quietly with friends or conversation partners. ⸻ 🎶 Music & Special Moments • There is soft music / live music or chill DJs playing in the evening, such as folk jazz or popular songs that you can sing along to. • It is recommended to “book in advance”, especially the outdoor area or come in the evening to watch the sunset. You will get a full view and a complete experience.  ⸻ 🚗 Must-know points & tips • There is no regular parking lot for the shop. You have to park on the side of the road in front of the shophouses, and it usually fills up quickly. It is even harder to find in the evening.  • We recommend “traveling by bus” or coming as a group. Come a little earlier. Overall, HIDELAND.cnx is a rooftop izakaya/fusion bar that offers a chill atmosphere and a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the view. It is suitable for bears who want to try a chill and cool atmosphere. 😊
