Room Needs Improvement; Blend's Chef Excels

The room could really use an update, as it's feeling outdated, and the buffet for dinner leaves much to be desired for a brand like Taj. On the bright side, the in-house restaurant, Blend, stands out as the best. Chef Jagdish and his team delivered exceptional North Indian cuisine with a variety of innovative flavors that tasted genuinely authentic. I highly recommend trying the afternoon thali and dinner at Blend with Chef Jagdish. However, please, do work on upgrading the quality and flavor of your buffet to match Taj standards.
