A must-stay hotel in Chengdu!!!

Location: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 So convenient for concerts! After a good rest, you can go downstairs and arrive at the security check entrance in one minute. The hotel is located in Phoenix Mountain Sports Park, a 5-minute walk to Metro Line 5, and a 15-minute drive to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. Although the location is not in the bustling city center, it is really convenient for friends who are going to the venue. Room Experience: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 After booking the room, I contacted the hotel to ask if a suite upgrade was possible, if available. A few days before check-in, I saw on the app that the suites were fully booked (because of concerts and sports events, this hotel has a super high occupancy rate), so I communicated again, hoping to get a corner room. Unexpectedly, on the morning of check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had been upgraded to a suite while on the train! I must give them a thumbs up! The AC suite has 70 square meters of space, a one-bedroom, one-living room, and two-bathroom design. The mattress is on the firmer side, which is exactly what I like. It is also equipped with a bathtub, and you can see the venue from the window, which is great. Dining Evaluation: 🌟🌟🌟 Breakfast is in the "lounge" on the first floor. The noodle stall is very good, with sauerkraut pork and minced meat sauce flavors to choose from. Although the variety and taste of the dishes are quite satisfactory, the service is a big plus. When I was dining, I reported that a meat dish had a strong fishy smell. The catering manager was very positive and enthusiastic. After confirming, they immediately removed the dish and said that they would contact the supply channels immediately. The speed and attitude of handling the problem are commendable. Leisure Facilities: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 There is a 24-hour gym on the first floor, with a full range of free weight equipment and aerobic exercise equipment. Around the corner of the gym is a large conference room, equipped with a podium and projector. Next to the front desk is an AC store, selling panda souvenirs and AC custom dolls, which is very distinctive. Service Experience: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I truly felt the enthusiasm of the people of Chengdu and the hotel. After learning that my friend and I were traveling to Chengdu to see a concert, and that I had a hobby of collecting souvenirs, the hotel thoughtfully gave us AC panda custom dolls and double breakfast. During my stay, the manager on duty enthusiastically introduced me to the Poly Plaza nearby, where there were late-night snacks. After the concert, we ate a spicy hot pot there, which tasted great and left a great impression on our trip to Chengdu. The restaurant manager was polite and generous, and took the initiative to guide and welcome every dining guest. I originally wanted to give this hotel a score of 5.0, but I was afraid that it would not be objective enough. As a result, the breakfast session finally made me find a place to deduct points, haha. After leaving the hotel, I thought that I would stay at the AC Hotel Chengdu again if I get a ticket in the future! 🧹Soundproofing/Hygiene: The overall environment is clean and tidy, and the soundproofing effect is good, so you will not be disturbed by the outside world when resting. 🏘️Room Type/Layout: There are various room types and the layout is reasonable. Taking the suite I stayed in as an example, the 70-square-meter space has one bedroom, one living room, and two bathrooms, which is spacious and comfortable, with clear functional zoning. 🛌Supplies/Facilities: The hotel supplies are complete and the facilities are perfect. The gym has a variety of equipment and is open 24 hours, which is very considerate; the mattresses, bathtubs and other facilities in the room are of good quality. 💰Average Consumption: The room rate is more than 300, which is super cost-effective, and the price is very competitive among similar hotels. 💗Other tips: If you have needs such as room upgrades, you can communicate with the hotel in advance, and there may be surprises; there are many delicacies in the surrounding Poly Plaza, you can go and try them after watching the show
