Solo Trip to Okinawa Day 2: Exploring Everywhere

The morning started with a visit to Furusato on the basement floor of Ryubo Department Store. This place is famous for its Tendon Soba Set, so I made a special trip, and it exceeded my expectations. I ordered the small-sized Tendon, and the tempura was chewy with a delightful texture. The shrimp was thin but plump, and the sauce was light and clean, making it a satisfying meal. The accompanying soba was a bit salty, so I ended up adding water several times while eating. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, and I left feeling full. Afterward, I headed to Blue Seal Palette Kumoji on the first floor and had a Cheese Caramel Parfait. It was soft, sweet, and the perfect dessert to complete the meal. After dessert, I moved to Chatan. The street scenery was so beautiful that just walking around lifted my spirits. I spent time strolling and sat on a bench at Chatan Park, watching people pass by and enjoying the views. It truly felt like a relaxing resort atmosphere. Next, I visited Depot Island, where the charming buildings caught my eye. Walking out to the deck, I was greeted by the stunning Okinawa sea, which left me in awe. I spent quite some time gazing at the ocean, and before I knew it, evening had arrived. The evening view of Depot Island was even more romantic and perfect than during the day.
