Bratislava Castle 🏛️

#localfinds I recently visited Bratislava Castle, and it was one of the highlights of my trip to Slovakia! Located on a hill overlooking the Danube River, the castle offers spectacular views of the city and even neighboring Austria. The entrance fee was €10, and it’s well worth it. The interior has been beautifully restored, and I loved exploring the historical exhibits that take you through Slovakia’s rich past. The castle’s architecture is stunning, with its four towers standing proudly against the skyline. While the inside of the castle was interesting, the real charm was walking around the grounds. The gardens are immaculate, and the panoramic view of Bratislava’s Old Town is a must-see, especially at sunset. Nearby, you can easily walk down to St. Martin’s Cathedral or take a stroll by the river. I spent about 2-3 hours here, but you could easily spend more time enjoying the view and exploring the nearby attractions.
