Magnificent views of Hokkaido! Shin-Ei Hills Observatory Park

Access: 10 minutes by car from Biei Station Address: Mibaushi Shinsakae, Biei-cho, Kamikawa-gun, Hokkaido This is the place to go if you want to see the scenery that is synonymous with Biei, and even Hokkaido. From a small hill you can see the vast fields that stretch on forever. There are small monuments, a farm ice cream shop, and vending machines so you can take a short break. The parking lot is also spacious, making it easy to stop by. It seems that it is not included in foreign tours, so it was mostly Japanese people.
