It's a cafe located in a quiet hutong, and it has a lot of Chinese drinks and dessert menus, and the quiet atmosphere is really my style. I found out that Fusan Cafe (Fu3 福叁咖啡) is a chain store, so there are 3-4 more stores in Beijing, and each store has a different atmosphere and concept. The Xixinglong store (西兴隆店) that I visited is characterized by its bright blue pillars, which are inspired by a dyeing factory. I ordered a latte full of pear scent called 梔在梨花香. It was a really fragrant latte with Chinese ingredients such as gardenia flowers and pear blossoms. It was a latte that I was so satisfied with that I can confidently say it was the most delicious latte I've had recently. The price is 42 yuan per cup, which is quite expensive considering the prices of Chinese cafes. There are Chinese novels on the bookshelf in one corner of the cafe, so you can have a leisurely and cultural time while drinking coffee while writing.
