Yuanmingyuan: Once the Most Beautiful Garden of Gardens

Visiting Beijing's Yuanmingyuan, known as the 'Garden of Gardens,' I was deeply moved by its historical significance and natural beauty🌸. Located in the northwest suburbs of Beijing, Yuanmingyuan was once an imperial garden, boasting vast areas and diverse landscapes. Despite the ravages of war and destruction, its restored scenery remains breathtaking✨. Upon entering the park, the first thing that caught my eye was the expansive lake, shimmering under the sunlight, with trees and flowers swaying in the breeze as if greeting me🙋. Walking along the paths, I could feel the blend of Chinese and Western elements in the garden. The architectural styles vary, featuring traditional Chinese pavilions and towers🏯, as well as Western sculptures and fountains, showcasing the artistic essence of the time🎨. The ruins in Yuanmingyuan evoke a sense of melancholy, reminding me of the sorrow and helplessness of history😢. Every stone tablet and piece of rubble silently tells the stories of the past📜. This place is rich in cultural heritage, making it an excellent spot for learning about Chinese history and art.
