A luxurious retreat in the clouds - Park Hyatt Beijing.

A famous old hotel in Beijing's CBD. I was a bit nervous after reading some online reviews, but overall, it was a great stay. ✔Location: The hotel is in the heart of the CBD. The floor and location determine everything. You can see the entire CBD, including the CCTV Headquarters and China Zun. The night I went, there was a light show, which was very beautiful. ✔Room type: If you want to face the entire CBD, I recommend the CBD view room. ✔Breakfast is a highlight. It's probably the most complete Chinese breakfast I've had in a five-star hotel. There's tofu pudding, stir-fried noodles, youtiao, and jianbing guozi, which is very friendly to Chinese stomachs. The small teapots for making tea at breakfast are exquisite and stylish. ✔The hotel's public areas are all about height. Height determines everything. The lobby bar, high-rise restaurant, and Beijing Lian Bar all have great views (but the day I went, it was raining heavily and there was a lot of fog outside, so it was all white). The artworks in the lobby's public areas are probably changed regularly, so you'll see different ones at different times. ♥The hotel's service was generally good. It wasn't particularly enthusiastic, but they were responsive. There were a few hiccups during my stay. I just mentioned it to the front desk. I actually just wanted them to pay attention to it in the future and didn't complain too much. But the next day, the floor manager apologized and sent red wine. The attitude was very sincere. Once again, I was amazed at how the hotel industry is pushing service staff to their limits.
