The Beautiful Beihai

#visitbeijing #tripblazers #urbanexplorer A beautiful place to visit on a warm afternoon in Beijing is Beihai park. Just in between the Drum tower and Imperial Palace is where this green space is situated. We loved spotting all the old palace structures dotted around the park, and even got to find the hidden 9 dragon tablet which is tucked away in some trees. Climb up to the Tibetan style mountain tower for a beautiful view of the forbidden palace. The park is only 5 yuan entry in off peak season (but still only 10 yuan per person in peak season starting in April) we highly recommend a visit.
