You can take a bus from Quebec City to Montmorency Falls It has a drop of 84 meters, which is higher than Niagara Falls! It's also similar in that it suddenly appears in the middle of a residential area, which is quite amusing. In winter, the walkway to the base of the falls is closed, so you have to take a 30-minute detour on foot.
