Lovely boutique hotel

We arrived here after a very disappointing experience at the Macdonald Bath Spa. Where I had checked in and out within half an hour! We were so happy we moved here, fun and quirky decor, everywhere was extremely clean and pretty soft furnishings. Fab location, near station and town. The reception staff are all young and clearly enjoy their roles - it showed with their enthusiasm. They all knew the Covid protocol which was spot on. We only ate at the Elder for breakfast, which was delicious and had a really good friendly service. Fun atmosphere. Our room was clean with modern and comfy furniture - great shower and excellent Nespresso machine! Thank you Hotel Indigo for rescuing a rare weekend away. #themepark#zoo#nationalpark#lakes#beaches
