Hotel with a strategic location, just a 5-minute walk to Grand Batam. The service is very OK, the staff is friendly and helpful. Yesterday I left my item here, I contacted the receptionist, and they helped until it was finally delivered to the airport. For breakfast the menu is diverse, I even really like the indomie counter. Snacks in the room are also free, and drinking water can be refilled. Very well recommended, definitely will stay here again
