It is the most perfect destination to visit in summer. With incredible amount of art, architecture, beaches and good food. Barcelona is the ultimate summer paradise! Remember all those locals protesting over tourism? I hope that worked and next time I visit, there would be less Americans (hehe). Even if not, it won't stop me from going there. Speaking of what to do, mornings are well spent admiring the impressive architecture of Gaudi, and wandering the Gothic Quarter, before heading down to Barcelonetta Beach to laze in the sun and eat ice-cream. If you can you must catch a football game at Camp Nou Stadium. It is amongst the world's most famous stadium and the atmosphere is electric! Oh and don't forget to hog on delicious Tapas at the Mercardo de La Boqueria, an authentic Spanish market. What a delight!
