Greatfull Night at Akira Back Restauran Had a wonderful time at Akira Back, had amazing service provided by K. Nonnie. A fusion of Japanese traditional with modern Asian twist Nonny's service is great :) Every dish has distinctive features and is unique from typical Japanese food -more alike to fusion Exellent food and service. Very innovative contemporary food with Korean and Japanese. Tuna pizza was fair enough to try. It was happy to see Korean chef and listening story of Akira Back's story. Interesting combination between Japanese and American cuisine. Grilled dish was cooked to order and remained its original and natural flavor. Dessert here was really worth a try.
