Self-serve Mala Hot Pot Now Open at Fashion Island

Finally, Fashion Island has its own Mala hot pot restaurant! The new spot, called "Zhang Liang," is located on the 3rd floor in front of Harborland. Unlike a buffet, this is a self-serve Mala hot pot where you pick your ingredients and pay by weight. Everything is priced at 45 THB per 100 grams. What’s great is that you can choose between Mala soup or stir-fried Mala. For those who love konjac noodles or instant noodles, you can have them stir-fried with Mala chili for a unique flavor. The variety of ingredients is impressive, with over ten types of meatballs, various tofu options, pork, beef, and vegetables to choose from. The dipping sauce is sold separately for 10 THB. For an additional 10 THB, you get unlimited refills on drinks, ice cream, and snacks—a deal that’s definitely worth it!
