Through the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, we overlooked EmQuartier’s lush vertical garden, a striking cascade of greenery against the sleek glass and steel of the city. It was the kind of setting that made the meal feel even more indulgent—peaceful yet still buzzing with the energy of Bangkok.
