I admire creativity and the realm of fusion. Especially, when it is not overdone and the result is better than the original. Luckily, at the potong the food was innovative whilst being delicious and not over the top. The service is top notch. Never have I ever been taken such good care of at a fine dining restaurant with such great wine choices selected explicitly from the restaurants wine expert. The attention to detail that went into each course and its introduction was amazing. Service was great, we were very well taken care of. Loved the choice of music they played as well, very fitting with the restaurant’s interior, such a vibe. It's a special experience.
